Hotel: The grounds are inviting and green. An oasis in the middle of Jaipur. The room was spacious and quiet.

Restaurant: My husband enjoyed that food and drink could be found 24 hours a day. The service was average, and maybe the food, but overall it was well received.

We would love to return with our adult children.

We attended two yoga classes and although we enjoyed both, we preferred the courses offered every other morning by Shivama.

  Lovely hotel with extensive outdoor space - I loved this hotel. Service was excellent, the buildings are charming and the there is a huge patio lawn area that is hard to come by in India. It was such a treat to be able to sit outside to eat and relax etc. They put on entertainment in the evenings and at breakfast time which was really nice. My room was small but the bed was very comfortable and there was lots of natural light. Food was average, good breakfast but not enough Indian food on offer for lunch and dinner.

  Lovely stay at Arya Niwas - We had a delightful stay at the Arya Niwas hotel. All of the staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. The place has a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the food, which is also very good. The entire place feels like being home away from home. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Look forward to visiting again and would definitely recommend.

  Best stay in Jaipur again and again. - Excellently clean accomodation, fabulous embeinece and don't feel lonely even you are solo. speciality in variety of traditional veg food can be choose from prepared dishes on display every meal for the day.   Very good heritage hotel, excellent staff and service - Veggie Cafe was a wonderful surprise for us. Arya Niwas is a little Enclave in the busy streets of Jaipur, very close to railway and the city. The hotel was a great experience in excellent service altogether. We are usually used to backpacking and stay in hostels, so wewwould rather recommend this hotel for people who like tours and overall service. The building is beautiful, the garden great for people who like European standards and a bit of rest from the busy streets. Only thing that was not so nice was that we had a wall next to our window, and the doors a a bit thin, so you can hear other guests noise.

  Recommended stay for all.... - The ambience of the place is the best where u get the authenticate feel of Rajasthan .
The rooms are plus size with ample space and facilities such as heater and AC to manage as per climate .
The restaurant space (open )is the best where we can relax and have the good quality food with many options .

  Hotel Arya Niwas one of the best choices in Jaipur.Firstly hotel needs a little bit renovation ,However this is not big problem.Rooms very clean ,bed comfortable ,there is ac ,hot water ,bathroom ok ,facilities working ,housekeeping comes everyday and clean your room.Location all right ,Garden in front of hotel.very good ,live music chitra cafe service superb ,breakfast options very good for westerners there are varities of both indian and western choices.

  A must visit property! - I have been to Arya Niwas a couple of times and I like everything about this property. Be it's ambience, food, hospitality, hygiene, etc.
This is a heritage property, and very well maintained. The staff is courteous and they very well know how to delight their visitors.
Once you enter the premise, you would see Rajasthani culture at its best.

  A very pleasant safe place for lone female traveller. - The experience was very pleasant , as a lone woman I felt safe and although not luxurious, the property has a pretty garden and library with lots of places to relax. Nice music and planting.

Room old fashioned in a charming way , bed comfortable, good plugs & bathroom a little on the utility side but immaculately clean.

  Business Trip - The stay at Arya Niwas seems like Home. Their staff and hospitality is so amazing. Food @Chitra Cafe is also tasty and with lot of options. This cafe is located within the Hotel. I enjoyed my stay everytime and this was my 3rd time. I hope whenever I will visit Jaipur for work, I would love to book this Hotel for my stay.

  Jaipur January 2023 - I looked forward to staying again at the wonderful Arya Niwas. This time my daughter was with me (age 23). The hotel is just a delight. The rooms, the gardens, the on-site restaurant - the mango lassi and samosas, my favourites. First class service in a relaxed, informal setting that suits a wide array of guests - including solo travellers. My daughter worked remotely, and the wifi worked perfectly for her. The hotel is situated in an excellent location - perfect for walking and exploring the local area and the many wonderful sites and sounds of Jaipur nearby. The hotel staff are just great - and truly helped make my return visit to Jaipur one to remember. Thank you.

  Beautiful herotage hotel with a nice garden. Just the dinner buffet was a little confusing and very slow. Breakfast menu had a lot of assortment. Otherwise overall it was a very pleasant stay. They also provide a lot of useful information and support for travellers.

  Excellent Stay with Brilliant Hospitality - Arya Niwas is one of the hidden gems in the beautiful pink city Jaipur.

Centrally located/accessible, it doesn't give u a feeling of a large 5 star hotel but makes up most brilliantly with its royal look in everything once u enter the hotel.

From the porsch to the beautifully manicured garden for sit outs, lunches, etc, it's an apt place to spend time with family.

The hospitality is out of the top draw, very humble and accommodating, the entire hotel team is very warm and courteous.

Not to miss the Chitra Cafe which gives u soul healing food, very home like food in the electric atmosphere and you see so many happy faces around you enjoying too. Very nourshing and Comforting dishes.

The hotel rooms are also nice, with a nice haveli rooms like look spacious and well decorated.

Absolutely memorable stay and we hope to make Arya Niwas our Niwas everytime we are in Jaipur

  Pink city - Stayed twice in January itself, it's always very very comfortable to be there at Arya niwas , very simple, neat and clean , very good food , well done rooms.

  Hotel Arya Niwas is centrally located and most of the places of interest in Jaipur are nearby,
its a great place for a family to stay, it's safe for kids, clean and hygienic.

The employees are polite, humble and professional.

The food quality is good and they cook healthy food to help you during long stays.
Tea cakes were our family's favourite snack.
They have a veg kitchen with options to order eggs and no bar, so keep your expectations adjusted accordingly.

They also conduct some or the other cultural activity each day which will keep you entertained after your long and tiring tourism day.

Overall it was good experience.

  Arya Niwas is a favorite property in Jaipur. Good location, extremely courteous staff, every possible amenity that one needs for a long stay is available, the library and sitting room is wonderful, and the shop is fantastic.

I particularly love the garden, and the morning music. It's very calming, to start the day with.

Chitra cafe has an old time charm, and the bonsai garden is something to look out for. This is a hotel you must book for a long stay. You will feel like home away from home. The staff is just that welcoming and polite.

  I am always amazed at how the hotel continues to improve and maintain a wonderful staff. We have been staying for the last 20 years and have never been disappointed. The restaurant provides good wholesome food with a delightful staff. The rooms are always immaculate. The tariff is excellent as well. You won't go wrong.

  Gem of a hotel - This hotel is a gem, with wonderful staff catering well to people travelling from overseas. Fantastic self-help buffet breakfast in the mornings in the bustling restaurant, and great vegetarian food the rest of the day. We were a group of five (with one more joining us later) and we managed well in two rooms with an extra bed in each room - I would have happily paid for a third room, but it wasn’t available - the hotel is clearly popular and for a good reason!

  Arya Niwas - This is my 3rd visit to this charming hotel. I came with my family and 2 times with friends. Location, hôtel garden, terrasses, décoration and facilities are exceptional for price/quality. Food is average but so many restaurants around .

  This hotel Arya Niwas is a strategically located property in Jaipur. The morning breakfast was just excellent with multiple variety. I suggest that please increase your parking area. This will go a long way in furthering your commercial interests. On Sunday morning the Sitar player was adjusting the cords of his Sitar amidst bright sunlight with multiple sitting arrangements wherein foreigners from various countries were seated to enjoy the strings of Sitar.
